You will go on site
Everyone here visits operations. You will walk hangars, watch a shift run, and take measurements that end up in the product. It is the fastest way to understand what you are building.

You will own something
Work does not arrive here pre-chopped into tickets. You will take a problem from the customer conversation it came out of through to the thing that ships.

You will hear about it
Customers reach the people who build the product, which means feedback arrives without being filtered first. That is uncomfortable occasionally and it is the whole point.
Before you apply

- We are bootstrapped and independently operated, so the team grows when the business does.
- It is aviation ground operations. The domain is deep and you will be learning it for a while.
- The work involves travel to customer sites, because that is where the product comes from.
- Remote, with the expectation that you get on a plane when an operation needs seeing.
