AirPlx for Airports

One operational map for your entire airport.

Tenant hangars, transient parking and event traffic in a single view. You can see what's on the field without calling three operators to ask them.

The outcomeThe people who lease from you are working off a layout you can see, and so are you.

I can't speak enough about how responsive, capable and accommodating AirPlx is.

Away from the desk

One picture, from the ramp to the terminal

One operational map is only worth having if it's current wherever somebody opens it. Staff driving the field see what the office sees, and a transient gets recorded where it parked instead of where it was supposed to.

  • The whole picture in your hands
  • Transient positions confirmed where the aircraft stopped
  • No call to the operator to ask what is on the ramp

Tenant visibility

See how tenants use the space they lease

Utilization across every tenant hangar, kept current instead of surveyed once a year and filed. You can evidence lease compliance, point at the space nobody is using, and settle allocation on what the field is doing. Most airports settle it on who complains loudest.

  • Utilization by tenant and by hangar
  • Lease compliance you can evidence
  • Underused space identified before renewal
  • Export-friendly formats for client presentations

Transient parking

Assign spots by size, time and location

Transients get placed against the aircraft that's coming, its departure time, and how close it needs to sit to FBO services. The Friday peak stops being the part of the week nobody volunteers for.

  • Spots matched to aircraft dimensions
  • Departure order accounted for when parking
  • Proximity to FBO services considered
  • Conflicts flagged before the aircraft lands

Event planning

Model the fly-in before the traffic arrives

Designate the overflow, adjust normal operations, and get the plan agreed with tenants while there's still time to change any of it. The scenario gets built against your real field at your real dimensions, which is a different exercise from drawing on a printout in a conference room.

  • Overflow areas designated in advance
  • Several scenarios compared on the same field
  • Tenants shown the plan before the day
  • A single source of truth for the big event

Reporting

Numbers the board will accept

Space usage, tenant compliance and event recaps, exported as a PDF or handed over as a live link. Written to be read by people who weren't on the field that week and won't be next week either.

  • Utilization and compliance reporting
  • PDF export or a live shared dashboard
  • Event recaps against what was planned
  • History that survives a change of staff

What it replaces

How most airports find out what is on the field.

  • Calling each operator to ask what they have
  • A tenant list that is right until someone moves
  • Spreadsheets rebuilt before every board meeting
  • Event plans drawn on top of a printout
  • Lease compliance nobody can evidence
  • The one person who knows which hangar is whose

Getting started

We map the field. You do not.

There's nothing to install and no server to stand up. We build every hangar and ramp position from your real dimensions, set the tenant boundaries, and configure the reports you already have to produce for the board. Most airports are operational within 1-2 days.

  • Every hangar and ramp position built to spec
  • Tenant boundaries set before you start
  • The reports you already produce, configured
  • Unlimited user seats

Frequently asked questions

Can AirPlx show multiple tenants across our airport?

Yes. AirPlx provides a unified view of all hangars, whether operated by different tenants or managed directly by the airport. You can see utilization across your entire field while respecting each tenant's operational boundaries.

How does transient parking assignment work?

When transient aircraft arrive, you can assign them to available spots based on their size, expected departure time, and proximity to FBO services. AirPlx shows you which spots fit each aircraft type and highlights potential conflicts.

Can we plan for airshows and fly-in events?

Absolutely. AirPlx includes event planning tools that let you designate overflow areas, adjust normal operations, and coordinate with tenants ahead of time. You can model different scenarios before committing to a plan.

What kind of reports can we generate?

AirPlx offers utilization reports, tenant compliance summaries, event recaps, and operational dashboards. Reports can be exported as PDFs or shared as live links with stakeholders.

How do we get started as an airport authority?

We work with your team to map all hangars, define tenant boundaries, and configure reporting. Most airports are fully operational within 1-2 days, depending on the complexity of your facility.

Can tenants access the system too?

Yes. You can grant tenants access to their own hangar views while maintaining airport-wide visibility for your team. Permissions are fully configurable.
